Musik im Stadtteil
Welche Gruppe spielt wann und wo?
Alle, die in ihrer Freizeit in Freiburg in der Gruppe musizieren. Ensembles aus Haslach sind willkommen, Musikprojekte und Orchester aus dem übrigen Freiburger Stadtgebiet sind ebenso willkommen. Je vielfältiger die Stile und Traditionen desto besser.
Für den Spielort Neubaugebiet Schildacker suchen wir ausdrücklich Musik für Kinder und Jugendliche!

Am Sonntag, 27. September 2026, zwischen ca. 13 und 17 Uhr

Wer entscheidet über die Auswahl, falls zu viele Gruppen auftreten möchten?
Es entscheidet ein Beirat. Der Beirat setzt sich zusammen aus Vertreter*innen von Kulturamt, Freiburger Blasorchester e.V. (Haslach), Gesangsverein Liedertafel Freiburg-Haslach e.V., Lokalverein Haslach und Migrant*innenbeirat der Stadt Freiburg
Was wird an den Orten aufgebaut?
Es werden Stühle und ggf. Sonnenschutz aufgebaut, dazu ein Infotisch. Die Konzerte sind akustisch und unverstärkt geplant.
Was müssen wir Musiker*innen mitbringen?
Instrumente und ggf. Notenständer bitte mitbringen. Falls eine Verstärkung notwendig ist, muss die Technik von den Musiker*innen selbst mitgebracht werden.
Wie hoch ist die Gage?
Das Kulturamt bezahlt den Ensembles eine kleine Gage: Für ein einstündiges Konzert 300 Euro, für 45 Minuten 225 Euro und für ein 30-minütiges Konzert gibt es 150 Euro (jeweils brutto).

Was sind die Ziele der Veranstaltung?
Kulturelle Teilhabe stärken: Die Veranstaltung wird als Beginn eines Kommunikationsprozesses gesehen. Perspektivenvielfalt ist bei den Konzerten erwünscht und schon in der Planungsphase angestrebt. Neben der Musik geht es um den Austausch zwischen Amateurmusiker*innen in ihrer großen Vielfalt, Akteur*innen der Stadtteilkultur und dem Kulturamt.
Stadtteilkultur fördern: Lokale Vereine agieren als Gastgeber. Dies ist Voraussetzung für die Planung in einem Stadtteil. Insbesondere Termin, Spielorte und Programm werden gemeinsam festgelegt. Das Kulturamt übernimmt die organisatorische Umsetzung und die Finanzierung der Veranstaltung.
Vernetzung fördern: Gemeinsame Besprechungen und die gemeinsame Veranstaltung fördern die Vernetzung von Amateurmusik-Ensembles aller musikalischer Traditionen. Gleichzeitig wird das Kulturamt als Ansprechpartner für die Belange von Amateurmusiker*innen sichtbarer.
Wann kommt die Veranstaltung in meinen Stadtteil?
Sprechen Sie uns an und laden Sie die Veranstaltung in Ihren Stadtteil ein! Zentrale Akteure vor Ort (z. B. Bürgerverein, Quartiersarbeit, musiktreibende Vereine) sollten sich als Gastgeber begreifen und die Veranstaltung durch ihr Netzwerk unterstützen. Das Kulturamt übernimmt die organisatorische Umsetzung und die Finanzierung der Veranstaltung.
Was ist, wenn es regnet?
Bei Regen gibt es für alle Spielorte eine Alternative im Trockenen. Die Entscheidung über die Regenvariante trifft das Organisationsteam, das auf die hohe Flexibilität der Beteiligten zählt.
Which group plays when and where?
Anyone who makes music in a group in their free time in Freiburg. Ensembles from Haslach are welcome, music projects and orchestras from the rest of Freiburg are equally welcome. The more diverse the styles and traditions the better!
Specifically for the stage in the new development area Schildacker, we are looking for music for kids and teens.
When are concerts planned?
On Sunday, September 27th, between approx. 1 pm and 5 pm
Who decides on the selection if too many groups want to perform?
An advisory board decides. The advisory board is composed of representatives from the Kulturamt, choirs and orchestras from Freiburg-Haslach and the migrant advisory board.
What will be set up at the locations?
Chairs and, if necessary, sunshades will be set up, as well as an information table.
The concerts are planned acoustically and without amplification.
What do we musicians have to bring?
Please bring instruments and, if necessary, music stands. If you need microphones or other technology, you must bring them yourself.
How much is the pay?
For a one-hour concert, an ensemble receives 300 Euro gross, for a 30-minute concert 150 Euro gross.

What are the goals of the event?
To strengthen cultural participation: The event is seen as the beginning of a communication process. Diversity of perspectives is desired in the concerts and is already aimed for in the planning phase. In addition to the music, it is about an exchange between amateur musicians in their great diversity, actors of district culture and the Kulturamt.
Promoting district culture: Local associations act as hosts. This is a prerequisite for planning in a district. In particular, dates, venues and programmes are determined jointly. The Kulturamt takes over the organisational implementation and financing of the event.
Promote networking: Joint meetings and the joint event promote the networking of amateur music ensembles of all musical traditions. At the same time, the Kulturamt becomes more visible as a contact for the concerns of amateur musicians.
When is the event coming to my district?
Contact us and invite the event to your district! Central local actors should see themselves as hosts and support the event through their network. The Kulturamt takes over the organisational implementation and financing of the event.
Ich möchte mit meinem Musikprojekt oder Ensemble mitmachen. Wie geht es weiter?
- Bitte bis 20. Mai 2026 über diese Website Interesse an einem Auftritt anmelden. Alle rechtzeitig angemeldeten Gruppen nehmen Teil am Auswahlverfahren.
- Ende Juni erhalten alle Interessierten Nachricht, ob, wann und wo der Auftritt stattfinden kann.
- Im Anschluss schließen wir einen kurzen Vertrag. Darin wird auch geregelt, auf welches Konto die Aufwandsentschädigung überwiesen werden soll.
- Am 24. Juni 2026, 18 bis 19 Uhr findet eine organisatorische Vorbesprechung statt im Stadtteilbüro der Quartiersarbeit Haslach, Melanchthonweg 9b
- Am Sonntag, 27. September 2027, bringen wir den Freiburger Stadtteil Haslach zum Klingen. Bei Regen gibt es eine Alternative im Trockenen, wir zählen auf die Flexibilität der Beteiligten!
- Nach der Veranstaltung wird die Aufwandsentschädigung überwiesen.
I would like to participate with my music project or ensemble. What is the next step?
- Please register your interest in a performance via this website until May 20th, 2026. All groups that register in time will take part in the selection process.
- At the end of June, all interested parties will be informed whether, when and where the performance can take place.
- Afterwards we will sign a short contract. This contract will also specify the account to which the fee is to be transferred.
- A preliminary organisational meeting will take place on June 24th, 6 pm to 7 pm at the Quartiersbüro, Melanchtonweg 9b in Freiburg-Haslach.
- On Sunday, September 27th, we will make Haslach resound.
