Regeln für redaktionelle Mitteilungen im Mitteilungsblatt
Bei der Einreichung von Manuskripten von Vereinen und Institutionen bei der Ortsverwaltung muss darauf geachtet werden, dass die Texte möglichst knapp gehalten sind, da das Gesamtkontingent der Veröffentlichungen pro Jahr begrenzt ist. Erforderlichenfalls werden eingereichte Texte durch die Ortsverwaltung gekürzt und umformuliert. Aus demselben Grund kann nur im begründeten Ausnahmefall eine Veröffentlichung von Bildern erfolgen. In jedem Fall kann weiterhin eine Veröffentlichung im redaktionellen Teil unseres Mitteilungsblatts nur dann erfolgen, wenn der Ortsverwaltung die Texte per E-Mail, möglichst als Anhang im Word-Format, übermittelt werden. Eine andere Möglichkeit zur Texteinreichung ist nicht gegeben. Der jeweilige Redaktionsschluss – in aller Regel montags um 15 Uhr – ist strikt einzuhalten. Die Übertragung von der Ortsverwaltung zum Verlag ist an ein enges Zeitfenster gebunden, sodass eine Textnachreichung nicht möglich ist.
