School

Learning outside school: the museum is the perfect place for this. The museum education team takes pupils of any age on expeditions through the history of humans, nature, art and culture. The past becomes the present; history comes alive; knowledge becomes authentic.

The variety of topics contained in the collections is reflected in the wide range of programmes. A dialogical guided tour is normally followed by a workshop where the children and adolescents try out historical techniques, work artistically and experiment. This helps them to understand what they have seen and experienced, supplementing the knowledge they have gained.
